Cancellation and Cooling Off Period
In the unlikely event that, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return in a undamaged "as new" complete, condition within 30 days together with the receipt, to: Returns, 9 Dove Close, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, CM23 4JD and we will be pleased to either exchange or offer a full refund. We do not refund the return postage charges for unwanted items. Refunds will be issued within 30 days providing the goods have been received back in perfect order.
The 30 day cooling off period for returning unwanted items is provided for you to decide if you wish to keep the product and is strictly limited to commence the day after the order is delivered. No other date is applicable (i.e. a birthday or Christmas day) and it cannot be extended. Unwanted items dispatched to us after this point will not be refunded.Your statutory rights are not affected.
In the unlikely event we are unable to dispatch your order to you (for example due to a incomplete delivery address) we will advise you immediately informing you of the error and giving you the option of cancelling. In the unlikely event that we are unable to contact you we will have to treat the order as cancelled and any amounts already paid will be refunded.
Delivery To You
Delivery can be made to all addresses in mainland UK. 3D Loaded cannot take responsibility for orders accepted by neighbours or any other person not occupying the delivery address specified.
Whilst every effort is made to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, delays are unavoidable on rare occasions due to situations beyond the control (i.e. adverse weather conditions) of our main carrier Royal Mail.
If you receive a damaged item you must inform us with 48 hours of delivery.
Payment and Acceptance of Contract
Payment is taken from your card at the time your order. We aim to keep reasonable stocks of all items offered on this website but all orders are accepted subject to availability. In the extremely unlikely event that we are not able to supply your order promptly, we will inform you immediately either advising of a firm delivery date in the future or offering alternative items. As the payment process is automated, orders are only deemed as accepted once physically shipped, prior to this they are only an offer to order and we may cancel a payment if we deem it necessary.
Prices apply as displayed on our website at the time your order is received and include VAT @ the current rate (20%). Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all prices on our website are correct and up to date, although very unlikely, errors are possible. If we discover such an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will advise you immediately giving the option of confirming your order at the correct price, selecting alternative goods, or cancelling same. In the unlikely event that we are unable to contact you we will have to treat the order as cancelled and any amounts already paid will be refunded.
Payment can be made by any method specified on the "check out pages". All reasonable precautions are taken to maintain security on your order and payment details but we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
All contracts to purchase and supply shall be governed by and subject to the laws of England and Wales with all matters appertaining to be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of all contracts and orders.
In the very unlikely event that faulty or damaged goods are received, please refer to our Returns & Refunds section. A returned item which has been returned as faulty will only be refunded one the item has been checked and the fault verified. Compensation for your delivery charges for returning faulty goods will be only be paid out at the following rates: For heavy large items we only pay out at the value of Parcel Force 48 standard service. For small items we will only pay out at standard Royal Mail second class rates (not recorded). If you choose to return a faulty item using a more expensive rate you do so at your own cost.
Product specifications are subject to alteration without notice. In the event that a later model or substitute products of the same or better quality is available we will supply at the original price. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the new model / replacement item this can be returned in accordance with our 30 day money back guarantee. Where applicable, orders can be cancelled in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. (see the Returns and Refunds section for further details). Although all specifications are carefully checked, all sizes and measurements are approximate. On the rare occasion that there is an error, we will advise you as soon as possible.
Our products have been selected on the basis that these will be used for normal domestic use only and therefore if you are planning to use in a business or commercial situation i.e."skirmishing" (in the case of Air Soft). In this situation please ensure that you are fully covered by appropriate insurance.
Returns and Refunds
Warranty covers manufacturers defects and faults only. Products are covered by a standard parts warranty, the warranty commences from the date the item is received. Warranty does not cover physical or accidental damage, misuse, wear & tear or operator error. If your item has been damaged or misused we cannot repair, replace or refund it. Disassembling your item or changing it from its original state will invalidate its warranty. Warranty period is listed below:
Manufacturer fault within the first 30 days:
A repair, product refund or replacement with the same item will be provided. Warranty claims must comply with the information above.
Manufacturer fault after 30 days but within 6 months:
A repair will be offered, if a repair is not possible then a replacement will be provided. No refund can be issued. Warranty claims must comply with the information above.
Manufacturer faults after 6 months:
Warranty claims made after six months will only be considered if submitted with a verified independent experts report. In accordance with Sale of Goods Act it is your responsibility to provide evidence that the fault was present when you originally purchased the item and not the result of improper use or wear & tear.
If you can provide us with evidence and is corroborated by our own inspection a repair will be offered, if a repair is not possible then a replacement will be provided. No refund can be issued. Warranty claims must comply with the information above.

You agree to hold harmless 3D Loaded and its owners and employees against any claims, costs or liability. 3D Loaded and its owners and employees will not be liable for any damages of any kind, these include but are not limited to loss or damage to property and harm of any kind inflicted to any person (third parties included) or animal. We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with any divice you use to access it and we cannot accept any liability for any corruption or loss of data held on
